Intro Text

Placemaking for Cities Pilot Network is an EU project under the URBACT II programme. This programme sought to exchange knowledge between cities on the concept of Placemaking and its principles and techniques. Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council was the Lead Partner on this Network and worked with the City of Eger (Hungary) City of Pori (Finland) and City of Albacete (Spain).

The services provided by Social Development & Inclusion Unit to Placemaking for Cities project were:

Overall programme management for the P4C project.
Administrative / Financial management of the project.
Contact point for URBACT secretariat
Communication of progress on work plan.
