From 1st February 2022, new changes to the Incremental Tenant Purchase Scheme (2016) has reduced the income limit from €15,000 to €12,500 and in the case of a joint application, the minimum number of years in receipt of Social Housing Support has increased from one year to ten years.
The attached form, as listed under related documents, must be completed in full along with the relevant documentation and returned to:
