As an existing tenant, you may be able to buy your home from us if you meet the criteria.
Please read the attached Tenant Information Handbook issued by the Housing Agency, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) and the listed under Related Documents before proceeding.
From 1st February 2022, new changes to the Incremental Tenant Purchase Scheme (2016) has reduced the income limit from €15,000 to €12,500 and in the case of a joint application, the minimum number of years in receipt of Social Housing Support has increased from one year to ten years.
The attached form, as listed under related documents, must be completed in full along with the relevant documentation and returned to:
Sales Scheme Section, Housing Department, Level 2 County Hall, Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.
