Declaration of roads to be public roads section 11 of the Roads Act, 1993 taking in charge of slip road and footpath in front of commercial properties at Trees Road Upper, Mount Merrion, Co. Dublin

In accordance with the provisions of Section 11 of the Roads Act, 1993, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider the making of a declaration that the slip road and footpath listed hereunder be taken in charge and be declared as a public road (which includes footpaths/laneways)

A Map showing the road and footpath may be viewed here or inspected from Monday, 3rd July, 2017 at the offices of the Road Maintenance Section, Municipal Services Department, Level 3 Harbour Square, Crofton Road, Dún Laoghaire during office hours from 10.00 a.m. – 1.00 p.m. and 2.15 p.m. – 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Alternatively, the Map can be inspected at the Council’s Dundrum Office, Dundrum Office Park, Main Street, Dundrum from Monday, 3rd July, 2017 during their office hours from 9.30 a.m. – 12.30 p.m. and 1.30 p.m. – 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

The latest date for inspection of the map is 4.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 2nd August, 2017.  Objections or representations may be made in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Municipal Services Department, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, County Hall, Marine Road, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.  The latest date for receipt of objections or representations is 4.00 p.m. on Friday, 18th August, 2017.
