Honeypark development, Dún Laoghaire - Pedestrian and Cycle Links

As part of work to comply with planning permissions granted to Cosgrave Developments for the Honeypark development in Dún Laoghaire the developer will be carrying out works to provide pedestrian/cycleway links from the Honeypark Development through to:

  • Sefton
  • Sallynoggin Park
  • O'Rourke Park/Rollins Villas

The link routes can be viewed on the associated images here, marked in yellow.

These links once completed will provide enhanced connectivity for pedestians and cyclists living near to or within the Honeypark development.  The outline programme of works is as follows:

Sefton Link and Sallynoggin Park Link - 14th to 23rd August

O'Rourke Park/Rollins Villas Link - 26th to 30th August

Information will be issued to affected residents in Sefton, Sallynoggin Park and O'Rourke Park/Rollins Villas and the general public tomorrow.  Cosgrave Developments are responsible for liaising with residents within the Honeypark development. 

While the work is being completed by Cosgrave Developments, DLR have being liaising closely with the developer to finalise the arrangements and try and ensure that any disruption or inconvenience to residents and the public is kept to a minimum.
