Dublin Rural LEADER invites applications for funding under the LEADER Programme 2014-2020

Applications are invited for funding for -

Support for small scale product development, interpretation and marketing of rural Dublin’s unique Heritage and Cultural attractions to maximise potential arising from Fáilte Ireland’s – Dublin, ‘A Breath of Fresh Air’ initiative.

“This call will offer support for new and existing heritage and cultural assets/visitor sites within the operational region, including museums, cultural, craft and agriculture heritage”

Supports will include Animation, Capital Investment, Marketing and Promotion Materials.

Who can apply?

The scheme is open to local heritage groups/enthusiasts, community groups and trusts who have an open and representative structure, (preferably with a legal basis) operate a policy of inclusion and demonstrates the capacity to deliver the proposed project.  Private promoters are also eligible to make application under this call.

Level of grant aid available

Funding is on a competitive basis at a rate of up to 75% of the total eligible project costs.  The following table provides a guide to the available budget and the level of funding available for a limited number of projects in 2016-2017.
