This week we are turning our attention to mental health awareness. There is so much talk about mental health in the papers, media and social media that sometimes the message can get lost.
For the Cuala Mental Health Awareness Week we want to simplify it we have asked 15 of our senior players to share some tips that may help in your day-to-day life. Please read and repost so that we can get the messages to as many people as possible.
The core message is that we are all in this life together and we need to look out for ourselves and each other. No matter who we are, we are going to have good days and bad days but we need to remember that the bad days will pass. When you are having the bad days, reach out to your friends and family because we are all here to help. When you are having your good days, look out for your friends and family as they may be struggling.
It’s ok not to be ok. Reach out.Listen to some of the senior players with small tips for us all on how to improve each day click here
