Under the Incremental Tenant Purchase Scheme 2016 and as an existing tenant, you may be able to buy your home from us, if you meet the eligibility criteria. From 1st February 2022, new changes to the Incremental Tenant Purchase Scheme (2016) has reduced the income limit from €15,000 to €12,500 and in the case of a single or joint application, the minimum number of years in receipt of Social Housing Support has increased from one year to ten years.

Some homes are not for sale under this scheme, e.g.

• apartments, flats & maisonettes
• one bedroom houses
• houses bought under Part V
