Dún Laoghaire Rathdown are delighted to partner up Michel Maher to bring you Yoga & Dip for adults as part of the Coastival Festival.  This class will take place on Monday 11.00am -12.00 on July 7th in Otranto Park, Sandycove on the Green space (beside the Curragh sub Aqua club). We will start with a 40-minute Yoga session on the green followed by a social dip in Scottsman's Bay. It is a come & try session and if you would like to continue, Michele will chat with you on the day. This class is designed to take people through a full body yoga routine from a seated or standing position followed by a fun energising dip in Scottsman's Bay
