Event Description

Blow off those January cobwebs with Lisa from Active Academy!  Our session will offer something for everyone from obstacle courses to the slower pace of fine motor skills activities such as number blocks & peg boards, as well as sensory and parachute play. The children are free to interact at a level they are comfortable with or to play independently if they prefer.

All of our activities & games are designed to work on things such as gross & fine motor skills, fundamental sports skills, social skills, communication, co-ordination and much more but to the children they are just having fun. With our activities there is no competition, turn taking or waiting around, our aim is for the children to be active, engaged, enjoying themselves and want to come back for more!

Neurodivergent Studio Saturdays are workshops tailored to children with additional needs/neurodivergence.  As always, a quiet room will be available for anyone needing to self-regulate.
