Of a Mind Audio Tour
Unique tour gets inside the minds of the people of Dún Laoghaire.

Guided by a narrator, and streamed live through your smartphone and headphones, this guided tour from the People's Park to the end of the pier features recordings of locals talking about their memories and stories of Dún Laoghaire set to a captivating soundtrack composed by Kevin McNamara.
Created by award-winning artists Listen and Breathe OF A MIND invites you step into rhythm with your breath and reconnect with nature in a soul-enriching experience of mindfulness, urban ecology and social interaction.
How to take part:
Book your ticket via Eventbrite here and select from three tour dates.
Taking part is simple. You’ll need a topped-up smartphone and your best set of headphones. A link to join the performance will be sent to your email 24 hours before your start time.
Accessibility:
We’ve built this experience with your safety in mind. The 2km journey takes place along accessible public paths and there’s an incline at one point. Dress for Irish weather and don't forget the sunscreen. The Listen and Breathe team will be on-hand to assist you when you arrive at the bandstand in the People's Park.
The show is live, so arrive early to ensure you depart with the group.

Dun Laoghaire is accessible by public transport. The meeting point is opposite Sandycove and Glasthule Dart Station. Bus services include the 7, 7n, 46a, 46n,59, 63, 75 and 111. Paid Parking at Lexicon Library. Street parking is limited and traffic can be heavy coming into Dún Laoghaire. Please consider public transport options or bicycles where possible.
