If you thought that a small change to your lifestyle could make you feel great, look better and help add years to your life – you'd probably consider it very seriously.

If you would like to make a small change that could make a big difference to your health and needn't cost a cent – then read on!

•  Your mobility will improve – no matter what your age

So what is this change? How can you, your family and your friends get these great benefits?

Let Go, Be Active – All Activity Counts!

•  Adults should try to be physically active for at least 30 minutes, each day of the week.

•  You can add your minutes up - so adults can be active 3 times a day for 10 minutes each time; walking, cycling or dancing for example.

•  Children and teenagers should aim to be physically active for at least 1 hour, each day of the week.

•  Children can add their minutes up too – they can try 15 minutes 4 times a day – and it can be any form of physical activity they enjoy!
