The scheme involves an upgrade of the public realm in Monkstown and will compliment the historic setting of the village. This will also include better traffic management which will alter and amalgamate a number of complex traffic movements and provide measures to improve the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and other vulnerable road users.
The scheme which commenced construction in May 2017 is progressing well and is due for completion in December 2017.
