Leopardstown Link Road and Roundabout Reconfiguration Scheme - Details
Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council (“the road authority”) has applied under section 51(2) of the Roads Act 1993 (as amended by section 9(1)(e)(i) of the Roads Act 2007) to An Bord Pleanála (‘the Board’) for approval in relation to a proposed road development consisting of the upgrade of approximately 900 metres of existing roadway that includes the existing Leopardstown Road/ Brewery Road roundabout and the construction of a new road in three separate phases with a total length of approximately 1300 metres and has submitted to the Board the environmental impact statement prepared in accordance with section 50 of the Roads Act 1993 (as amended by section 9(1)(d) of the Roads Act 2007) in respect of the proposed road development.
Submissions may be made in writing to the Board at An Bord Pleanála, 64 Marlborough Street, Dublin 1, in relation to the likely effects on the environment of the proposed road development, between Thursday 16th August 2012 and Tuesday 2nd October 2012. A fee of €50 is required to accompany any submission/observation to An Bord Pleanála.
