Notice of the making of Variation 6.1 to the County Development Plan - Sandycove Architectural Conservation Area

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 13 (8) of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 (as amended) that on 14th May, 2012 the Council of the County of Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown made Variation No. 6.1 to the County Development Plan, 2010-2016.
The Development Plan has been varied to incorporate Variation No.6.1 Sandycove A.C.A. into the County Development Plan 2010-2016.
A copy of the Variation is available for inspection at the offices of Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, Planning Department, County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm and at Dundrum Local Office, Dundrum Office Park, Main Street, Dundrum, Dublin 14 between the hours of 9.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (Public Holidays excluded). A copy of the Variation may also be viewed on the County Council’s web site at www.dlrcoco.ie
