Temporary Closure of M50 Northbound carriageway between Junctions 12 and 14

Roads Act, Section 75, 1993
Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council proposes to temporarily close the northbound carriageway of the M50 between Junctions 12 and 14, between the hours of midnight and 4.00am on the 11th, 12th, 13th, and 14th June 2012. The closure is to facilitate the erection of Variable Message Signs on overhead gantries by contractors working on behalf of the National Roads Authority.
A Traffic Management Plan will be in place. Traffic will be diverted via the R113 (Green Route Northbound) , Brehon Field Road, Grange Road, Taylor’s Lane, Ballyboden Way, Scholarstown Road, and St. Colmcille’s Way. All diversions will be signposted and further details will be available on our website www.dlrcoco.ie
Any interested party may lodge an objection in writing with the Senior Engineer, Traffic Section, County Hall, Marine Road, Dun Laoghaire not later than noon on Monday 28th May, 2012.
