Blackrock Library has moved to Valentine House, Temple Road, while renovation works are being carried out on the Carnegie Library which is on Main Street.
The Carnegie Library was built in 1905 as an addition to the imposing Town Hall building. The whole site is now under development and will include the Library and a new VEC college.
