Novel Writing Workshop

DLR Public Libraries are seeking submissions for an eight-week creative-writing workshop run by novelist and writer-in-residence, Chris Binchy.

The course is aimed at people who are in the early stages of writing or planning a novel. It will provide feedback on participants’ submitted work and will focus on identifying their strengths, while discussing structure, character development, pacing and plot.

Anybody interested in participating should submit a sample of their writing (up to five pages in length) and a synopsis to Chris at DLRwriter@gmail.com by January 8th.

The workshop will be held on Thursday evenings (starting January 26th) between 6 and 7:45pm in Deansgrange Library and is free.
