· River screens and gullies have been cleared of leaves in advance to reduce any flooding risks
· Rough sleepers have been asked to go to a safe place at the Crosscare Community Café on Eblana Avenue in Dún Laoghaire town
· Please be advised that there is additional resources for Homeless people & Rough sleepers in the Islamic Cultural Centre On Roebuck Road Clonskeagh
· People are encouraged to stay away from the sea and remain indoors. Access to beach and waterfront areas in the County have been designated off-limits
