Fees for letters of compliance only apply to the second and subsequent sales of a dwelling unit.
There is no fee for compliance letters in relation to the sale of a new house/dwelling.
- Your request must include all Planning register reference numbers e.g D16A/0543 and or the An Bord Pleanála reference number
- The unit number that is being requested
- The full address of the unit being bought/sold
- The fee for a letter of compliance €40
