The Department of Environment, Community and Local Government has launched a new development contribution rebate scheme as part of the recently announced housing package “Stabilising Rents, Boosting Supply” which will apply in the Dublin and Cork local authority areas for housing developments of 50 or more units which meet certain eligibility criteria.
