Planning Department Forms in Irish
Post for the Transportation Department should continue to be sent to the Council’s postal address at County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.
Debit/Credit Card payments or Cheque/Postal Order/Bank Draft payments [made payable to Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council] will be accepted with applications for Parking Permits at the Public Counter, Harbour Square Office. Cash payments will not be accepted. Harbour Square Office Public Counter opening hours are Monday to Friday from 10 a.m.– 1.00 p.m. and 2.15 p.m.- 4.00 p.m. (excluding bank/public holidays).
Note - 16/10/09 - Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council will close its cash offices at County Hall and Dundrum with effect from close of business on Friday 30th October 2009. More information
