The artworks on show are from the collection of the Arts Council. Martin Drury, the curator of the exhibition has taken great care to present the artworks in a playful way that asks you to look at the work with the curiosity of a child. Artworks by over 30 artists feature in the show including Louis Le Brocque, Dorothy Cross, Gary Coyle, Alice Maher and many more.
There are lots of activities that will be happening in the Gallery from May to July. From a talk about the Arts Council’s Collection, to forest print workshops or some special performances for young children.
The exhibition programme opens on Friday 12 May and continues until 30 July. It promises to be a busy few months in the Gallery!
