Development of an extended carpark at the College Road entrance to Marlay Park
Works have just commenced (17th May) on the development of an extended carpark at the College Road entrance to Marlay Park. The works will cause disruption to the existing carpark at this location though a section of this will remain open. There will be a reduced number of car-parking spaces available at the entrance and the public are advised to park in the lower car-park at the playground in as far as possible. There will also be a traffic management plan in operation for the duration of the works. The works are being undertaken by SIAC Construction on behalf of the Parks and Landscape Services Section of Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council and are expected to take approximately 4 months to complete.
