The project was the conversion and remodelling of an existing 2 storey building, mainly in bedsits to provide for 34 one bed-units suitable for the elderly. It also provides a range of communal facilities including areas for socialising. The project is a demonstration project for a European Energy Initiative and the second phase of a redevelopment project that when complete will provide 60 attractive dwellings built to the highest energy standards.

Their expertise in designing and delivering high quality infrastructure bolsters Ireland’s reputation as a great place to live and do business.
