Waste Transfer Forms
Waste Transfer Forms are consignment notes that are used to record the transport of Hazardous Waste materials for disposal or recovery within the State. These documents must accompany the waste during its transportation, and a completed copy of the form must be submitted to the issuing authority after the waste has arrived at its end destination.
Under the Shipments of Hazardous Waste Regulations 2011, electronic Waste Transfer Forms have replaced conventional paper C1 Forms previously issued by individual local authorities. From the 1st January 2012, C1 Forms can no longer be used.
Waste Transfer Forms can only be purchased on-line through Dublin City Council's web-site at a cost of €6 per form.
