C1 Forms - Hazardous Waste Transport
C1 Forms are no longer issued by individual local authorities and previously purchased forms cannot be used after the 31st December 2011.
Under the Shipments of Hazardous Waste Regulations 2011, conventional C1 Forms have now been replaced by electronic Waste Transfer Forms, which can only be purchased on-line through Dublin City Council's web-site at a cost of €6 per form.
