Demolition of Rosemount Court, Dundrum.

In accordance with Part 8, Article 81 of the 2001 - 2010 Planning and Development Regulations, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council hereby gives notice of proposals pertaining to Housing Developments as follows:
The three existing multi-storey blocks at Rosemount Court, Dundrum to be demolished to below existing adjacent ground level and this area to be levelled with top soil and planted with grass. The demolition of miscellaneous single storey ancillary buildings to slab level, the making good of existing walls and kerbs and installation of traffic calming measures. The cleared site to be reserved for future development of social housing.
Plans and particulars of the proposals are available for inspection from Tuesday 1st February 2011 up to and including Tuesday 15th March 2011, at the Planning Department, County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. and at the Council offices, Dundrum Office Park, Dundrum between the hours 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 1.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Submissions or observations with respect to the proposals, and dealing with the proper planning and development of the area, may be made in writing on or before Tuesday 29th March 2011 to:
