Planning Appeals to An Bord Pleanála - Challenging a Council Planning Decision
A person who has made a valid submission/observation may appeal a decision of the Planning Authority to An Bord Pleanála within 4 weeks of the decision being made. Full grounds of appeal must be supplied when the appeal is lodged together with a copy of the letter of receipt from the Planning Authority of a valid submission/observation and the appropriate appeal appeal fee.
