Part V Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended)
Letters of Compliance
Take notice that as and from the 1st day of July 2007 it will be the policy of Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council not to issue what are known as "letters of compliance" confirming that developers have complied with conditions in grants of planning permission where:
- planning permission has been granted for development to which Part V of the Planning and Development Acts 2000-2006 applies, and;
- no binding, legal agreement has been entered into by the developer with the Council to ensure compliance by the developer with the condition(s) in the planning permission, which relate to Part V of the said Acts.
