Local Area Plans

Within the broad zoning objectives of the Development Plan, the Planning Department prepares detailed local area plans as a guide to the development of those areas.  Local Area Plans contain detailed maps showing the proposed circulation pattern and the disposition of the principal land uses and open space area and features proposed for preservation.
