Proposed Variation No. 3, to designate 3.1 Castle Cottages, Roebuck Road, 3.2 Balally Terrace, Sandyford Road and 3.3 Moss Cottages, Enniskerry Road as Architectural Conservation Areas was ADOPTED on the 14th February, 2011.  Please click on the link to view the adopted variation documents or continue to scroll down to view the variation documents at the 'proposed stage'.

It is proposed to designate Castle Cottages, Roebuck Road, Balally Terrace, Sandyford Road and Moss Cottages, Enniskerry Road as Architectural Conservation Areas of Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Development Plan 2010-2016 and Section 81 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 (as amended).
