Development Contribution Scheme 2010-2017

Section 48 (9) Planning & Development Acts 2000-2008

Notice is hereby given that Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council has made a Development Contribution Scheme in accordance with the provisions of the Planning and Development Acts 2000-2008.

Details of the contributions under the Development Contributions Scheme for the administrative area of Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown are as follows:-

Description of Development  Amount of Contribution 
Industrial/Commercial Development €130 per square metre of industrial/commercial development
Residential €15,000 per residential unit
Domestic Extensions in excess of 40 square metres €130 per square metre of development
 

The Development Contribution Scheme was adopted by the Council on the 14th December 2009 and all decisions to grant planning permission made from the 1st January, 2010 will be subject to the Conditions of the Scheme.
