Please note that in accordance with the provisions of the Section 49 Supplementary Development Contribution Scheme the rates of supplementary development contributions with effect from 13th January, 2010 are as follows:
Residential: €351,774 Per Gross Site Hectare
Commercial: €802,047 Per Gross Site Hectare

Please note that in accordance with the provisions of the Section 49 Supplementary Development Contribution Scheme the rates of supplementary development contributions with effect from 10th November, 2009 are as follows:
Residential: €45,620.40 per unit
Commercial: €210.00 per square metre
Retail: €210.00 per square metre
