All applicants are required to complete and sign a Garda Vetting Application Form.
Applicants under the age of 18 on date of application must have a Garda Vetting Parent/Guardian consent form completed by either Parent or Guardian.
A Garda Vetting Application Form and a Garda Vetting Parent/Guardian Consent Form (where applicable) is available in hard copy form only, and will be forwarded to applicants on receipt of the completed application forms.
