Information for tenants of Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council
Before making a maintenance request please refer to your Tenant Handbook to verify what type of repairs are considered the responsibility of the tenant and what type of repairs are considered the responsibility of the landlord.
Tenants are responsible for certain general internal, external, electrical and plumbing repairs. Tenants are also responsible for repairs to doors and windows and to electrical appliances. You will find examples of these in your Tenant Handbook.

You may make a request in person at the Council's offices in either Dún Laoghaire or Dundrum, or you may telephone the Housing Maintenance Section on 01 2047067 / 01 2047068 / 01 2047044
