Housing

The work programme ranges from advice to other departments through to the design of large housing projects and improvement and extensions of the existing housing stock.

The Council handed over 137 dwellings in 2009 - these were in Stonebridge Road, Shankill, Goatstown Close, Goatstown, Pearse Street, Sallynoggin, Kilcross Green, Sandyford and Clontibret House, Blackrock. A number of other schemes were completed in 2010, these are Benamore in Blackrock, Brehon Grove in Ballinteer and Pearse Street in Sallynoggin. 

These provided an additional 65 dwellings.
