Marlay Golf Pavilion
Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council propose to construct a golf pavilion on the site of the former temporary golf pavilion site – as an ancillary building to the adjacent Golf Course.
It will provide a café area with ancillary services for both golf course users and other park users.
The building will be set into the entrance area of the golf course.
It will be a single storey building and will have a café with full height glazing and a terrace with panoramic views of the golf club and park.
It also includes a kitchen, accessible WC, main access to the golf facility, a point for collection of entrance fee and a place for renting of golf clubs and sale of small golf accessories as per previous temporary golf pavilion.
